The Taos Winter Wine Festival is held each year in late January bringing wine lovers and wine makers together to taste wine, participate in seminars, and attend wine dinners at local restaurants.

Each year Sabroso has multiple wine dinners -- each typically highlighting a single winery. We create a multi-course dinner with dishes highlighting the paired wines. In doing so we also typically feature specialties of the Sabroso restaurant. This year we'll be featuring not only several wood-grilled entrees but also some southwestern flavors, italian flavors, housemade sausage, and braised pork belly. The dinners are always interesting and a great chance to enjoy fine wine, fine food, and a couple of dozen interesting people.
