On January 20, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.Sabroso will host a six-course meal featuring wines from the Gruet Winery and the Vivác wineries -- both in New Mexico. The menu features many items that highlight particular strengths of our menu including housemade sausage, smoking, and wood-grilling.

This menu is subject to change without notice. Seating is limited. This is a prepaid event and a credit card or other pre-payment is required to confirm reservations. Any changes or cancellations in reservations must be made prior to 5 p.m. on Monday, January 18. We will offer a limited shuttle service to/from the Ski Valley for the dinner. You may make reservations for the dinner and request shuttle service now by email or by calling 575-776-3333. We regret that reservations for this event cannot be made using OpenTable.
