On January 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.Sabroso will host a five-course meal featuring wines from the Four Vines Winery in Paso Robles, California. They specialize in big wines with interesting names and lots of Rhone varietals. The menu is also big and features many Sabroso specialities.

Any changes or cancellations in reservations must be made prior to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. We will offer a limited shuttle service to/from the Ski Valley for the dinner. You may make reservations for the dinner and request shuttle service now by email or by calling 575-776-3333. We regret that reservations for this event cannot be made using OpenTable.
