The Sabroso Bar features its own menu in addition to the restaurant menu. A variety of small plates or single-plate dinners are available featuring steak, salmon, duck, the best babyback ribs in Taos, or the Sabroso Hamburger. And to accompany your meal we offer a great selection of wines by-the-glass or you may choose a bottle from our award-winning wine list.
